1 Initial Concussion Assessment, plus

2 Subsequent Concussion Treatment appointments with the first one scheduled within 24-48 hours after your initial visit if possible.

This ensures that any extra assessments related to the concussion can be completed within a few days of each other to formulate the appropriate treatment plan.

Registered Clinical Counselling - Tele-Health (Virtual)

Counselling sessions are offered virtually.

Booking the Correct Appointment Type

New Patients: Please book an Initial Assessment.

Returning Patients: If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit, or you are seeking care for a new injury, it is required that you book a Reassessment Visit.

Incorrect Appointment Booking: Any appointment booked under the wrong appointment type will be adjusted or cancelled if the therapist’s schedule does not permit adequate time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in clinic, a perfect way to give the gift of care to someone special.

Therapist Not Accepting New Patients

Rob Francis is not accepting ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims until further notice . If you schedule an appointment online it will be rescheduled to a different therapist.
