“In 2010, we moved to Burnaby and were looking for a family dentist. We walked into this welcoming place, Station Square Dental, and they accepted us as new patients. Dr. Grace Ko, our primary dentist, Shams, my hygienist, and the other hygienists who have cared for my family have always been kind and friendly. Dr. Thomas Hui also sometimes checks on us, and today he accommodated me and did an amazing job on my tooth. His assistant was also very kind to me. They have all treated us very well, and in the 15 years we’ve been with them, we have had no complaints and no problems at all. The front desk staff have also been very helpful and friendly throughout the years — shoutout to Celina, Louise, Jina, Seneca, and Mendy! You all do amazing work for our family. “I’d really love this dental clinic❣️I had been finding a nice and clean dental clinic for months until I dropped by last week. It was a big surprise to me that the receptionists were really sincere and helpful especially Louise and San. Both are very extremely helpful and having lots of patience to me even though I had asked them many questions about my new dental care plan coverage. They explained everything to me step by step. I really had some bad experiences finding a dental clinic before in Metrotown because the receptionists were really rude to me and without any patience while I was asking them questions. They even want to neglect me. Moreover Dr Thomas Hui is really a nice and sincere dentist as well. He is a very kind, attentive and having lots of patience dentist I ever met. Actually I think everyone working in this dental clinic is nice and very pleasant. So I can’t wait to give this dental clinic more than five stars in this review. “I called to become a new client and within the first 5 minutes of calling them, the receptionist was extremely rude. When I asked for confirmation (she was speaking as if she's on a rush) she said "I already said no". “I’ve been a patient with Dr. Ko since 2000. She is amazing. My kids have all been her patients, one since age 2 and the others since birth. My kids have never had any fear about going for their dental check ups. The staff in this clinic are so friendly and great. They direct bill my insurance which makes every visit easy. “Dr. Grace Ko has been our family dentist since 2017, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience over the years. My husband, my son, and I were always treated with so much care and kindness — not just as patients, but as people. Dr. Ko is warm, gentle, and incredibly skilled, and her staff has always been amazing — so welcoming and thoughtful every single time. “The is a wonderful dental office. The admin staffs are the most pleasant and helpful feel like I was a valued patient. Dr. Hui and his hygienist were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. “Dr. Ko and staff have been nothing but a pleasant experience. I am usually greeted by the friendly team of secretaries the minute I step into the office, and I have never had to wait very long for my appointment to begin. Hygienists have been very open to feedback as they often ask if I am in pain, or in discomfort and adjust accordingly. Staff are often helpful in asking if my insurance benefits are up to date, and how much should be covered in order to save me as much money as possible. They have been very timely with checkup reminders over the phone when I am due for my appointment.
