Introductory Private Pilates Package

Please contact Lora via email or phone before booking your Introductory package. At Strathcona Pilates we require all new students of the studio or the Pilates Method to commit to 4 private sessions. After the 4 sessions, you may choose to continue working privately, addressing your specific areas of concern or interest, or you may join a small group of up to 3 students. If you are coming to us with special conditions or injuries, you will appreciate the tailoring of the work and attention to your specific needs.
