"Who Is It For?" WSBC Massage Therapy–Subsequent Treatments are provided to patients, injured in a Work-Related Incident, who have completed their Initial Assessment session with the Registered Massage Therapist. "How Is It Authorized?" Authorization from WSBC is for a specific number of treatments, with a recommended interval between treatments, within a specific time period: you MUST NOT book beyond your approved number of sessions nor past your treatment end-date; please speak with our Clinic Reception to confirm the number of treatments, the recommended frequency of treatments, and the treatment end-date. "How Should I Book?" Once you have confirmed your treatment number, intervals, and end-date, you may ask Clinic Reception to book you for a Subsequent Treatment (not bookable online). "What Is Involved?" WSBC Massage Therapy–Subsequent Treatments are approximately 15 minutes in length. Subsequent Treatments will involve informal patient intakes, interviews, examinations, interactive treatments, reassessments, & self-care prescriptions. "What Is the Goal?" Your Registered Massage Therapist’s objective is to provide you with rehabilitative, proactive, and preventive health care to help you restore yourself to a state of good health, strength, and wellness, and return you to a state of work-readiness.
