The 120 minute reiki & coaching session is a beautiful option for anyone seeking deeper connection, healing, and clarity—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. This session combines the gentle healing energy of Reiki with supportive, heart-centered coaching. During a Reiki session, you’ll relax comfortably as a trained practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body in a series of positions. You remain fully clothed throughout the session. The practitioner acts as a conduit, allowing comforting energy to flow into your body, clearing blockages, and realigning your energy centers.
