*We do recommend a minimum of 1 hour if this is your first time booking Massage Therapy with us.
*If this is your first time receiving Massage Therapy within our clinic, or if it has been over 1 year since your last visit, please ensure that your Online Health History Intake Form has been completed prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive the most time for your treatment and that your Therapist is able to provide you with the best care.
