It feels weird to write a review when you know you’re the late-comer to the party — almost like preaching to the choir, because anyone who goes to a physio probably always knew it was this, and that’s why they went. I have been forced along by my wife. And I’m like: oh, that’s why so many people do this. But frankly, in short: the consultation I had at Synergy was excellent. It was a pleasure to see someone professional work through their diagnostic and give feedback on why certain niggles and pains may be showing up in parts of the body — and then offer immediate guidance on how to rectify that. Obviously, acting on it is left to one’s own free will but, it was refreshing, rather than think ‘I got 6000 of these sessions to come’. I also really appreciated Anish’s view that his job is to give the advice and structure three or four times; if someone isn’t able to find that they can use the information in their own time to make the improvements, then there’s not much more he can do. Needed some professional help and on recommendation reached out to Navrose at Synergy Health and Sports Rehab. I have had exceptional care and with this I’ve not only seeing results on my injury but am seeing positive improvements in other areas. Additionally everybody I’ve dealt with has been helpful and friendly and I strongly recommend SH&R. Follow up. I’ve now graduated by becoming fully functional and healthy again. I had a great experience at Synergy Sports Rehab. Navrose was extremely knowledgeable and helped me recover from both golfer’s elbow and a shoulder injury.
