I have been seeing Chris since February after my accident. He is very good. Takes great care to ensure pressure is not to hard and listens to any concerns I have and adapts treatment accordingly. I would highly recommend.

I wanted to share my recent experience with booking appointments, as l've been facing quite a bit of confusion. My appointments keep getting rescheduled, and each time I'm told that the RMT got sick or took the day off. After a few cancellations, ! mentioned to the receptionist that I was frustrated by the constant changes and wasn't interested in booking further appointments under these circumstances. The receptionist then assured me that there was someone available in the evening, after 5 pm, which would work well for me since I could come after work. I double-checked with them—asking twice— and both times they confirmed the appointment would be at 5pm. However, the day before the appointment, I received a message stating that my appointment was actually scheduled for 10:15 am. I highly recommend any service at this location. Professional, you get full support. In-take and first session, understanding how the body is going through pain, there is hope with the many services and therapies. The approach for body relief is very good. I am so happy to have found them. They accept ICBC-claims and directly bill without added stresses. The staff is lovely and they are open long hours, you can definitely find time before work or after work and on weekends. I didn't read reviews when I booked them, I was going for convenience and pleasantly surprised to say they are #1 in my opinion if you don't have your favourite RMT or physio-therapist. I learnt a lot today and felt relief. I used to think after therapy you will feel more pain but it's not true, after therapy at Synergy you feel relief and things loosen up with less pain and more body relief.
