If you are a returning patient with a new injury please choose this extended session. This extended session will give us enough time to assess, document and treat your new concern. This is to assure you can both be assessed and treated on the same day without disrupting the practitioner's schedule.
This treatment is for first time visits to the clinic. It includes an intake exam and your first treatment. Please note that if your case is more complex, the treatment will be the following day (but still included in price).

This must be booked after a Chiropractic initial exam. If this is not booked after the Chiropractic initial exam, it will be cancelled. 1st session only.

40 minute chiropractic subsequent visit on specific Fridays. Dr. Mike will only accept 40 minute bookings on Fridays as it is his off day and will not come in to the clinic for less than a 40 minute treatment. Dr. Mike will charge for no-shows on these Friday visits.
If your ICBC case is over 10 weeks old and is past your treatment end date choose this. This cost is OUT-OF-POCKET AND NOT PAYABLE BY ICBC. As paperwork and coordination are involved, we have greatly increased the price due to the uncertainty in time and resources needed to complete your claim. This includes exam, first treatment, written report to ICBC and coordination with your adjuster.
For Chiropractic Exam Only (no treatment) due to time constraints, choice to not enter into care, or not being eligible for care after exam. If you are booking this due to time constraints, please book a follow up visit (Standard Chiropractic Treatment) at a time after this appointment.
This option is recommended for athletes looking to rebuild form for a specific lift from the ground up to reduce pain and chance of future injury. This will be achieved by increasing efficiency, stability and force output.
Recommended for single-lift form check with single injury. You may choose this option if you have already had an initial chiropractic visit either regular or with powerlifting focus.
