Perfect for celebrations like birthdays, baby showers, bridal parties, girl's nights, family bonding, school wellness programs, workplace relaxation, or simply to unwind and take care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
ABOUT SOUND BATHS:
Everything is frequency. Every element that comes together to create atoms, and the world as we know it is made up of frequency. There are frequencies that can create an environment of balance, harmony, and health within the body, and there are frequencies which can do the opposite. The type of experience we want to create for ourselves can be greatly impacted by what type of frequencies we choose to surround ourselves with, whether that be music, people, places, thoughts, entertainment, and anything we tune ourselves into.
What if we were not victims of circumstance, but creators of our existence? Masters of our internal experience and feelings? Engaging with harmonious frequencies like sound bowls elevates our frequencies, helping us recognize and understand our true creative nature.
I facilitate Sound Baths to establish a safe, sacred environment for you, filled with light and healing. This space offers support, rest, rejuvenation, empowerment, and a chance to reconnect with yourself, your Creators, and fellow travelers on this path.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We begin the Sound Bath with a brief introduction to frequency therapy, followed by an inspired meditation incorporating gentle breathing techniques to help you find your centre. Next, I will play the bowls and include vocal melodies, allowing you to relax and meditate for the remainder of the Sound Bath. If time permits at the end, everyone will have the opportunity to share their experiences and any insights they have gained.
EVENT DETAILS:
Prepare your space so that everyone can have a place to lay down or sit comfortably that is quiet and away from noise and possible distractions (pets, other family members, etc.) Water or tea is a good idea to have ready for your guests.

Sessions begin at $200 + GST, with a $50 deposit required to secure your chosen date, which will be deducted from the total amount due on the event day. This package includes a 1-hour event, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for setup and takedown.
(Note: Extra travel fees apply for locations beyond Okotoks or South Calgary)
