You spend the visit moving through simple exercises and movement checks — the practitioner watches how you squat, reach, balance, or load a joint, then adjusts the drills, gives cues, and sends you away with a clear exercise plan.

50 minCustomized Pilates program maintained and updated by your instructor, with access and use of all equipment under supervision, sharing the studio with a small group up to 4 people. Previous experience with Pilates equipment required. If you are new to our Studio, please book a private Pilates session for assessment and program development first. Not covered under extended health benefits. GST not included.
