RMT Craniosacral Therapy and Reflexology Combo

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It also uses energy healing combined with diaphragm releases, and gentle manipulation of the cranium and sacrum (tailbone area). Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. In this treatment you get 40min of CST and 40min of Foot Reflexology. Please wear or bring comfortable clothes for the session as you will remain fully dressed and face up.
