Most of the visit is hands-on work on the table — you talk through what’s bothering you, then the therapist uses pressure, kneading and stretching on the areas that need attention, and you leave with a sense of what was done and any aftercare notes.

210 minThis is a new offering- during this session, a combination of treatment methods will be applied, depending on what your body requires. The treatment flow will depend entirely on your treatment goal, and not constrained by time. The treatment may go anywhere from 90 minutes - up to 4 hours. This flexibility of time allows us to drop into deeply listening to your body, going thoroughly into the areas that need more attention, and giving you a highly impactful treatment. It is the therapists choice as to when the treatment is complete, however I will check in with you every step of the way. It is very much a mutual understanding when everything feels adequately addressed and the treatment is ready to come to a natural close. These sessions will be priced at my lowest rate of $2/min. If you are intending for a massage under the 90 minute time frame, choose another option as your treatment type. Thank you!
