If this is your first time seeing us for this concern, or if it has been over 3 months since your last visit, please book an Initial Assessment , or call us at 403-239-3304 to discuss your concerns. **ALL requests for Alberta Health Services funded visits or Motor Vehicle Accident insurance funded visits MUST be made by phoning us at 403-239-3304. Due to the additional requirements for these types of appointments we are only able to offer a limited number of these assessments per month. Have you had a recent (within 12 weeks) fracture or surgery? The Edge Sport Physical Therapy contracts with AHS to provide funded physiotherapy services for Albertans with recent fractures or select orthopedic surgeries/procedures (within 12 weeks of the injury only, unless exempt through special circumstance).
