You spend the visit moving through simple exercises and movement checks — the practitioner watches how you squat, reach, balance, or load a joint, then adjusts the drills, gives cues, and sends you away with a clear exercise plan.

60 minPrivate reformer sessions are limited in online availability. Please email rose@themassageshoppe.ca for more availability. Private sessions are for students who prefer to have personal training or who have injuries or postural considerations that require one on one attention from Rose. Private classes are for students at all skill levels from beginner to intermediate and working towards advanced. Private classes are encouraged if it's your very first time working with Rose on the reformer.
