20 minA biomechanical and gait assessment will be performed, followed by casting for custom orthotics. The fee includes dispensing and any required follow-up care. Orthotics are not eligible for direct billing, and a $250 deposit is due at the end of your appointment. Patients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage—some plans require a physician’s note in advance. Orthotics are manufactured in partnership with Great Orthotics
