60 minThe Smiling Doula Drop-In Mom and Baby Group is a drop-in program hosted by Postpartum Doula, Jessica Slack, designed to provide informational support as well as give you an opportunity to socialize with others in a similar season of life. This is where we start to build ‘your village’. Each week during a 1-hour session we will explore different topics pertaining to the journey of motherhood and your postpartum experiences. As a group we will discuss the joys of parenting but will not shy away from the hard stuff.
