30 minVirtual postpartum rehab is for anyone postpartum, weather it’s 6 weeks or 6 years after giving birth. Virtual postpartum rehab gives you the opportunity to work on building up core strength, pelvic floor strength, and preventing or addressing issues like low back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, and incontinence. This service is covered under most extended health benefit plans. An initial assessment with Dr. Wall is required before starting postpartum rehab, to tailor it to your individual needs. Initial assessments can be done virtually upon request.
