Please park along the right side of the driveway, where you will see a visitor parking sign. 🏠 CLINIC ENTRY : Upon arrival after parking please follow the signs to the right side and enter through the fence door marked with “The Nesting Sanctuary” sign. * Your practitioner will escort you inside at your scheduled time . 📅 APPOINTMENTS : Please use your online account to book, confirm, or change appointments when possible. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment online, please let us know by emailing kirangillrmt@gmail.com or leave a voicemail with your name & appointment information at 778-218-0723 🚫 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY : Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice leave a gap that cannot be filled by another patient in need. As such, a cancellation or no-show fee will apply. 📑 DIRECT BILLING : To help ensure a smooth visit, please take a moment to confirm that your insurance billing information is correct before you arrive. You’ll receive simple steps upon booking to guide you through this process. This helps to submit your claim quickly and efficiently on your behalf. If we’re unable to process the claim, payment will be required at the time of your appointment.💳 CREDIT CARD POLICY : A credit card is kept on file to hold your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
