Please select this option if you have multiple non-related injuries to treat, or a more complex condition that requires further attentiveness. This gives your Physiotherapist the extra time needed to treat you appropriately, re-assess, and/or guide you in your rehabilitative exercises.
Select this option when returning to the clinic for a follow up visit. If you are returning to the clinic with a new injury, or it has been some time since your last visit please select the First Time initial appointment option as we may need some extra treatment time.

This treatment should be chosen when you have been approved for Physiotherapy treatment by ICBC, you are withing 12 weeks of your MVA date, and have already been seen by our Physiotherapists for a First Visit evaluation. There is no out of pocket expense or User Fee for this treatment. We directly bill ICBC for your visit.
This visit is covered by ICBC, and booked with the Kinesiologist to continue to work on the rehabilitation program planned for you.
