In-person assessments must be booked by contacting the clinic directly by text, email, or phone .
A valid credit card is required on file to book any appointment.
A credit card is requested for clarity calls to reserve your time and protect appointment availability; it will not be charged .
Virtual TMJ Assessments are prepaid at the time of booking, as a Jaw Assessment Kit is mailed to you prior to the appointment.
For other paid appointments , the credit card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
The clinic requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee .

Jeri was recommended by my orthodontist to help unlock my jaw. I honestly do not think the dental appliances alone would have worked to unlock the jaw. Jeri's massages gave me tremendous relief from the serious pain & discomfort caused by the appliances. The daily home care exercises (very clear & easy YouTube vids) she gave me helped so much. She also provided some very helpful hand-outs to track my exercises & progress and keep me accountable (You MUST do the exercises). She also communicated with the orthodontist to co-ordinate my care. With Jeri's help, I "unlocked" in just over 2 months (orthodontist said it would take 4-6 months!) and I truly believe it would not have happened without her help. I am still doing the exercises on a daily basis or whenever my jaw feels stiff or sore. If you have TMJ issues or a locked jaw I highly recommend Jeri to help!Read moreShow less

Jeri at The TMJ Clinic is very knowledgeable, and has been lovely throughout my treatment. She is thorough, checks in regularly and very helpful. I've had multiple massages with Jeri and she is not only professional, but personable. She pays attention to the type of massage you prefer (I don't like feeling like the Incredible Hulk is massaging me). Highly recommend! :)
