In-person assessments must be booked by contacting the clinic directly by text, email, or phone .

A valid credit card is required on file to book any appointment.

A credit card is requested for clarity calls to reserve your time and protect appointment availability; it will not be charged .

Virtual TMJ Assessments are prepaid at the time of booking, as a Jaw Assessment Kit is mailed to you prior to the appointment.

For other paid appointments , the credit card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

The clinic requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee .
