Foot & Facial Reflexology

Karen is a Certified RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist); a registered and insured Reflexologist with RAC – Reflexology Association of Canada. This 90 minute treatment combines the healing and relaxation benefits of both Foot and Facial Reflexology in one 90 minute session. Foot Reflexology is a therapy that uses precise stimulation of reflex points on the feet by activating the nervous system to stimulate the brain in order to re-balance & re-energize specific areas of the body that are out of sync. This treatment improves blood flow and nerve stimulation, and works at a holistic level. Facial Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that uses specialist techniques to focus on the specific reflex points on the face that relate to different areas of the body and encourage the body’s own natural healing processes. An additional benefit of this technique that helps to boost circulation and relieve muscle tension in the face which also leaves you looking rejuvenated & refreshed.
