“Went in for a Mother’s Day massage and had one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Emailed them twice about my experience and have gotten absolutely nothing in return, not even a reply. Terrible costumer service. Very disappointed.”

“EDIT: Recently went in to finish up the remainder of my spa package and bought an additional $200 treatment for my sister. The booking was made for 4:15, (the latest possible reservation made for us as we were coming from the city) and we recieved a phone call at around 3 requesting us to change the reservation for 3:30. This would be impossible of course, as the drive alone takes over an hour. When we arrived just before 4:00, the staff upstairs was not present to check us in in a timely manner, so we missed out on experiencing the steam room for any decent length of time. It was definitely made obvious from the staffs mannerisms that we were unwelcome and felt very rushed, yet also ignored. My massage finished up around 5:22 and was incredible, but I found the steam room to be turned off - which was dissapointing but understandable, as they were in the process of closing. My sister and I left the facility after we changed out of our robes and showered around 5:35. When I checked my receipt later, I found they had charged me an additional $7.00 for 'facility fees,' which was extremely dissapointing. This is clearly not advertised on the website, and I don't recall being charged this the first time I paid the additional tip I left after paying with gift card. Hidden fees such as this certainly do not invite a sense of welcoming. At no point did anyone explain that there would be a fee for changing after our massage and facial, and no one pointed it out prior to accepting my credit card. This is super unfortunate and unprofessional, and has definitely made me second guess ever trying out their spa services again, considering the price point and the drive! (I also should mention that I had attempted to book the entirety of the 'mom package' while I was still pregnant, but was told I had to come back at a later date in order to have an RMT booked for safety reasons during pregnancy. Later, I was told that I would be charged extra for an RMT, despite being told that I was obligated to book one in the first visit). If you visit, make sure to double check your charges and the small print. As a first time mom of a one month old child, I was quite looking forward to a pampering, something that I RARELY get a chance to have. Overall I am just left rather dissapointed by the entire interaction, as the facility is beautiful and the technicians are incredible. Had the mom to be package with Heli today. I feel like a new person. She was wonderful! The staff are so nice and everything is so beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“Purchased what I thought was a pedicure and massage for my wife for mother's day however that isn't what she received. When I called to sort it out, all I got was a generic apology and asked to book a pedicure on another day, the point was to have both ready for my wife on the same day at the same time for a wonderful experience, instead just got brushed off because they were too busy to make it right, will not be returning, would rather pay double the price, somewhere else where they care.”Read moreShow less

“Mama and I enjoyed the full spa pedicure with foot and calf massage, hot wax treatment, orange/vanilla oil and polish- one regular and one gel. Belle and Alanna were superb. Always so entertaining.,😄 Today we did the express pedicure with Jennifer and Alana. Luxury when you are in a hurry!They are wonderful! “I’m a many-year client, and WO is ALWAYS EXCELLENT! If you want/need luxurious calm for healing from the adventure of your life, this is the spa for you! If you want fast, “just get it done on my small time frame” efficiency, that will be difficult here as the atmosphere is quiet and CALM… no rush. “I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, kindness and consideration. My massage was all over the place and not smooth. It was like she was in a hurry…not relaxing! When I tried paying with my gift card, she said there aren’t any under my name? It took her a long time to figure it out…rediculous Then she charged me for a 75 min. massage when I booked a 60 min! “The Wild Orange Spa is a great place to go for a massage! Registered Massage Therapist Lola is wonderful - once you find someone who gets you, you just don’t want to switch! They charge a small facilities fee but it’s worth it as they provide a robe and sandals, and extra bath towels, hand towels and wraps are available to use. The steam room is lovely and there are a couple of showers available. You can take your time and relax pre and/or post treatment. I highly recommend this Spa!”Read moreShow less
