Whether you are weaning from nursing, pumping, want to wean fully or partially, you will learn how to be respectful of your baby's needs and "fill their cup" as they breastfeed less and get actionable strategies you can implement right away. Starting the weaning process can bring up many emotions so I believe in weaning your little one in a way that respects the big feelings you both have.
