45 minGentle, supportive group care for postpartum recovery — babies welcome! This 8 week series is led by licensed osteopath, Kara Egelton and uses barre-inspired, therapeutic movement to support postpartum recovery in a safe and welcoming environment. Sessions focus on breath work, posture, core and pelvic support, and functional strength, all guided through an osteopathic lens. Movements are adaptable and meet participants where they are in their recovery. Each class is guided by Kara and incorporates principles of osteopathic care and rehabilitative movement.
