50 minBaby & Me Pilates with Heather is a gentle, postnatal movement class designed for moms who are 6+ weeks postpartum and ready to reconnect with their bodies. This class focuses on rebuilding deep core and pelvic floor strength, restoring posture, and easing common areas of tension from feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby. You’ll move through safe, intentional exercises that support healing and gradual return to strength, all while keeping baby close. With a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement, each class offers a supportive space to rebuild confidence in your body at your own pace. Come as you are, take breaks when needed, and connect with other moms in this tender, in-between season. Please note: this class is best suited for non-mobile babies to help maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment for everyone.
