90 minJoin Laura as you nurture your pregnant body and connect to your intuition. In these gentle classes, we will build strength, mobility, and mindfulness while tuning into our core breath. During our sessions we will also discuss fetal positioning and breathing exercises (pranayama), as well as facilitate a deeper connection with your baby/babies. This is a safe space for all pregnant folks at any stage of pregnancy. No yoga experience necessary. If your pregnancy is considered "high-risk", please contact Laura ahead of time.Price not listed
