Our services are available to all Alberta residents :
• Two Service Options : Visit us in-person at our Grande Prairie location 🏢 or connect with us online via secure telehealth appointments 💻.
• Insurance Coverage : Your sessions may be covered by your health insurance. Please check with your provider before your first session to confirm coverage for psychotherapy. We offer direct billing with Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Manulife, Canada Life, and many others.

• Cancellation Policy : To ensure quality care for all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy 🕒 . If you need to cancel, please do so through your profile at least 48 hours before your session or email us at admin@theragen.ca.

Effective April 1, 2026, Johnathon’s fee will be $200 per 50-minute session, reflecting increased training, inflation, and his RCSW designation.
