Prenatal massage is for pregnancy, and most of the hour is spent side-lying or supported with pillows while the therapist works more slowly through your back, hips, legs and shoulders — adjusting pressure, avoiding some positions and techniques — and you leave having had bodywork shaped around a pregnant body.

This treatment is offered at a cheaper rate and cannot be billed to insurance, so it is wonderful for those without coverage!
