Free Consultation For Group "Growth Mindset"

The Growth Mindset Group is a 12-week counselling program for children ages 9–11, designed to help them build confidence, resilience, and healthy ways to navigate challenges. Through fun, engaging activities inspired by the Big Life Journal for Kids, children will discover that mistakes can be powerful learning opportunities, practice positive self-talk, and develop problem-solving and emotional awareness skills. With discussion, hands-on activities, and chances to connect with peers, kids will gain practical tools to strengthen self-belief and approach everyday challenges with curiosity and resilience in a supportive, encouraging environment.
