There MUST be a credit card attached to your profile prior to the first session (even if you plan to pay by E-transfer), please let the therapist know if you prefer to use E-transfer or credit card. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (full cost of the session $200) to the card on file. **If you have an outstanding bill it MUST be paid prior to booking another session or your appointment is subject to cancellation. January 8th 2025, Psychology rates increase to 210.00 per session.
