All first time patients are required to book an Initial Assessment in order to determine if Massage Therapy is beneficial or appropriate.
Current patients who have a new concern, have not had an appointment in more than 3 months, or require a reassessment of a condition should also book this appointment.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
