I cannot say enough good things about Ankitaben Ankoliya. When I first started physiotherapy, my back was giving me constant trouble, but the progress I’ve made under her care has been incredible. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to your concerns to create a plan that works. Thanks to her expertise, my back feels so much better, and I have my quality of life back. I had recently hurt my back at the gym. Shelby had set up a station at a local dance competition I was attending, and was able to see me for a 10 minute assessment. In those 10 minutes, she was able to give me my mobility back. Shelby gave me some really good tips and exercises to use, and then helped to tape my back up so that I could stand straight again. She then followed up with me and gave me some really good advice and some more exercises to help ease the symptoms of the injury. I would sincerely recommend Shelby to anyone. Went from a Total Knee Replacement one year ago to setting new PRs at the gym. The ENTIRE staff are friendly, helpful , knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. Hannah is my physiotherapist and she completely tailored my rehabilitation based on what I wanted to achieve. Remember, physiotherapy only works if YOU put in the effort.
