My first experience for massage with Nicole was incredible. She was not only kind, soft, gentle and supportive with how I was feeling, but also very very good at what she does. Austin was recommended to me by someone who suffers from vertigo. He has trained to be a specialist in his field. My first appointment was an eye opener, literally. After putting me through some testing, he asked me to wear goggles like you would see worn for a virtual reality game. He explained that he was going to guide me through very specific movements and that I should try to keep my eyes wide open even though I couldn’t see anything. Afterwards, he showed me why on his computer. The goggles took images of my eyes as he worked. He showed me how my eyes showed tremors when I experienced vertigo. He told me where I had loose crystals in my canals floating around and how he was going to get them to return to where they belong in order to stop the vertigo. Then he showed me exercises to do that would help my brain to be able to experience the movements which caused me the vertigo and adapt to experiencing the movement. It was a fascinating learning experience as well as a satisfying one after having the crystals put back into place. I highly recommend Austin.
