Please ensure you have had at least 3 initial appointments with Dr. Kim Townsend before booking a 30 minute appointment. If you are a returning patient and have not been back to the clinic for over 1 year then please book a 1 hour appointment.

45 minPlease book 45 minutes for your 3rd appointment with Dr. Townsend. In this appointment she will review your treatment plan, complete any unfinished lab testing or in-clinic assessments, and revise your treatment plan if needed.

There are a number of in-clinic assessments, and possible lab tests requisitioned, which will require the full hour for Dr. Townsend to complete.
