I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and BIPOC mental health, with a focus on addressing issues like childhood attachment wounds, depression, eating disorders, body image, grief & loss, life transitions, family and relationship conflicts, and parenting.

Operating from an intersectional feminist and anti-oppressive framework, we deeply value diversity. This space is dedicated to hearing and seeing each unique story, and together, we work towards healing and growth.

Primarily, I work with adults who are navigating the complexities of parenting, life, work, and relationships. I specialize in supporting intelligent and driven black women who are breaking intergenerational cycles within their families.
