“Went today for a cleaning and check up, I highly recommended Dr Tam, for taking his time cleaning and making sure I’m comfortable with my dental fillings. I tried lots of dentist who just do my cleaning and visits very very quick and i feel like it wasn’t clean enough. but this team is different, receptionists and dental assistant are friendly. “The whole crew at the dental clinic is great. Highly recommended! Laura and Angel at front desk: A strong administrative team really do make a difference! My wife had gone to a few dental clinics over the years, and it was so clear how much better Laura and Angel are compared to other clinics' admins. Nancy and MJ: Great hygienists. “Everyone at Uptown Family Dental is just amazing! I have been going to Dr. Lam’s office for more than 5 years upon the recommendation from a friend who is a patient here as well. Recently I broke a tooth which needed a crown. I was nervous because I’ve never had a crown done before, but Dr. Lam took time to explain to me the procedure and answer all my questions. I just had my crown glued on and I've had no issues and it feels great to have a whole tooth again! “I am very grateful to have been referred to see Dr Hedy Lam & Uptown Family Dental. Like many people, I'm an anxious patient but the staff are very welcoming and put me at ease. I had several major fillings replaced (after some questionable care from a previous provider) and Dr Lam explained everything and is very skilled with the anesthesia. She managed two difficult repairs that could have resulted in root canals, but 4 months later everything seems stable and strong. The office staff processed my claims without any effort on my behalf.
