“What I like best about Valley Fitness Center. The People! No matter the age or fitness level , you are welcomed in the fitness classes. You can go at your own pace, as you work hard to keep up. You never feel judged, only encouraged. Therefore your fitness progress grows in a natural way. Great friendships are formed . The Valley Fitness Center is one of the reasons I felt “at home “ when I moved to this little town, knowing very little people.
