Ce cours est pertinent pour les femmes ayant accouché durant les derniers mois (autant par voie vaginale que par césarienne). Il demeure cependant pertinent pour toute femme ayant accouché durant la dernière année qui souhaite entamer une réadaptation périnéale. Amenez votre bébé! Plusieurs conseils concernant le développement moteur seront enseignés. Cette série d'ateliers sera animée Aline Turcotte physiothérapeute spécialisée en rééducation périnéale et en pédiatrie. Les ateliers ont pour objectif d'améliorer : - Support du plancher pelvien - Retour sécuritaire aux sports (renforcement général) - Renforcement abdominal (prise en charge de la diastase) - Souplesse cicatricielle - Transit intestinal - Confort aux relations sexuelles - Inconforts et douleurs autres Des informations pédiatriques seront données à chaque séance - Développement moteur - Enseignement et conseils sur le torticolis - Déformations crâniennes (plagiocéphalie, brachycéphalie) Une évaluation en physiothérapie périnéale est requise pour l’inscription à la session (Frais d’évaluation non-inclus dans le prix de l'atelier). 4 séances de 75 minutes 3 à 6 participantes Contactez-moi directement!
