Assessment and Gaitscan Analysis for Custom Foot Orthotics. If you decide to order the orthotics, we will do a foam cast of your feet on this day. Custom Foot Orthotics cost $400 for one pair. Payment is due when ordered. We will give you receipts and documents needed to claim for reimbursement from your insurance company when we dispense the orthotics to you 2-4 weeks after ordering. myoActivation is a great treatment to help to manage pain from Myo-fascial causes. It involves movement based testing and needling into the fascia. Often in places that may not seem directly related to the pain. In the first appointment Dr. Scott will take a detailed account of your injury history and pain do physical assessments to determine where to needle, and perform an initial needling session
