Reiki & Chakra Healing

During a reiki session the practitioner will lightly place their hands on or near the recipient's body. The goal is to direct energy and facilitate a person's own healing response. It's based on Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body's innate healing ability. In addition to the reiki work, this session includes 30 minutes of chakra clearing before the reiki session. The chakra clearing is a supported meditation that support client to remove any blockages that my exist. This supports client to receive the reiki treatment more fully. Benefits include: relaxation, clarity, improved energy flow, stress & anxiety relief, pain relief, and general wellness.
