First visit for this specific problem. Assessment made. Stretching done plus Stretching exercises for home. Plus ultrasound. I can feel a difference already.

After my total knee replacement I was re-fered to Vineland Physio Therapy for regaining the full use of my knee. Gail, the physio therapist designed a program for me and Sandy her assistant got me up and going after eight visits. They were both very friendly and totally professional. Gail is amazing. I sprained my wrist at the gym and she helped me recover. She truly cares and goes above and beyond, even helped me in the middle of a work day so I could get back to filming. Highly recommend Vineland Physiotherapy!
