Sensory Exploration (Baby & Me Group)

This 3-week class is designed for babies (4–12 months) and their parents or caregivers who are eager to explore food in a fun and meaningful way! Through sensory exploration, babies are introduced to new foods using all their senses — sight, touch, smell, and taste — helping to build comfort and curiosity around eating. Each session includes guided activities and nutrition education to support early food exploration and positive mealtime experiences. This is a relaxed, hands-on experience that encourages connection, learning, and confidence for both baby and caregiver. Please enter your child's name when signing up for the class.
