Your Session includes: A detailed review of your unique situation A thorough osteopathic assessment Goal setting with your practitioner Hands on treatment Optional exercise guidance Opportunity to ask questions $144 After you select a date and time from the calendar, a link to your Intake Form will be sent to your email. It takes 10-20 minutes to fill it out online, which allows for more treatment time in your session. For smooth scheduling and best care; it is recommended to book 1-2 Follow-Ups ~1-2 weeks apart, which can later be changed if not required or a different schedule is deemed more beneficial to your treatment. Upon full payment, a receipt will be issued which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable Please bring loose shorts and a baggy t-shirt if possible.
