Prior to booking: *Vitality has implemented a new payment policy to ensure that we are able to service clients who are looking to seek treatment. *Going forward you will be asked to provide your credit card number when booking an appointment. This information stays completely confidential, and you will NOT be charged before your appointment unless you have a "no-show", or last minute cancellation. We use sqaureUp, and it's directly linked with our booking system, Clinicsense. We are not able to see your credit card information online, as it is encrypted and secured.
