CANCELLATION POLICY - We require 2-business days notice for an INITIAL CHIROPRACTIC VISIT and 1-business day (24 hours) notice for all other treatments to cancel or change your appointments. You are subject to the 50% treatment fee for no-shows or late cancellations. This cancellation fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC. We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. We require the patient’s credit card to be stored on file for contactless payments. We cannot access the credit card number once it is saved. Patients with ICBC claim All patients with ICBC claims must pay their treatment fees and submit the invoice directly to ICBC for reimbursement. We cannot directly bill to ICBC.
