“Very disappointing experience with VNV Massage. I paid $150 for osteopathy treatment believing it would be covered under my Canada Life insurance, but my claim was denied. Canada Life confirmed in writing that the practitioner, Natalia Varmysh, is registered under a non-approved osteopath association and is not eligible for coverage.
I am attaching the letter from Canada Life for reference so viewers can clearly understand what happened. Before doing any osteopath treatment under Canada Life insurance, please verify the practitioner’s eligibility directly with your insurance provider.
After my claim was initially questioned, VNV Massage shared Natalia’s licence and registration documents with me and asked me to submit them to Canada Life as proof. I submitted everything exactly as provided by the clinic, but there was no use — Canada Life still denied the claim because the provider was not recognized under their approved coverage requirements.
What frustrated me most is that the clinic never warned me about this before the appointment. As a customer, I trusted the clinic to be transparent about insurance eligibility. Instead, after the claim was rejected, VNV Massage said it was my responsibility to verify coverage and refused any reimbursement or accountability.
A professional clinic should clearly inform patients beforehand if a practitioner may not be accepted by major insurance providers like Canada Life. This could have easily prevented customers from losing money unexpectedly.
All I have to say is: do not simply believe when a clinic says a treatment is covered under insurance. Always check the practitioner’s eligibility directly with your insurance provider before starting any treatment.
If you have Canada Life insurance, I strongly recommend double-checking coverage before booking osteopathy services here. I do not want others to go through the same frustrating experience and financial loss I did.”Read moreShow less

“Natalia is a true professional from the very first moments of interaction. She listens attentively to your requests, carefully clarifies details, and tailors the technique precisely to your needs, which immediately builds trust.
The sessions take place in a very comfortable and serene atmosphere, allowing you to fully relax and unwind. Her movements are confident yet gentle, leaving you with noticeable relief in muscles and joints, plus an overall sense of improved well-being afterward.
She always explains which areas she's working on and why, while offering practical recommendations for recovery and maintaining results. You can feel her genuine interest in your health, rather than just going through the motions.
It's an absolute pleasure to return for more sessions and entrust her with something as important as your body and well-being.”Read moreShow less

“I reached out with two very simple questions: whether the clinic was women-only and whether RMT receipts are provided for insurance claims.
The responses I received were abrupt and dismissive. Their first response- “Are you women?” After responding no, I was told, “Then read other sections on the site.”
Basic courtesy and clear communication are part of professionalism, especially for a healthcare or wellness business. Unfortunately, the tone and lack of helpfulness made this a poor first impression, and I chose not to proceed.”Read moreShow less

“Natalia is an incredible specialist!
My boyfriend's back started hurting when we were in another city on Saturday! I’ve reached out, hoping that Natalia could help. And she did! Natalia conducted an ONLINE diagnosis! She gave me all the instructions: where to press and how to relieve the pain, and it worked!
If you are wondering whether you should contact her for therapy, the answer is yes! And yes again! Consider this as your sign from someone who was simply impressed!”Read moreShow less

“I went for a clinical massage with the osteopath Natalia for my neck pain and headaches. She was excellent — she carefully assessed the issue, and even after just one session, I felt a significant improvement. My neck feels much freer with noticeably less pain. She also suggested some helpful treatment options for my stomach. I’m planning to go back again this week.”Read moreShow less
