“I find it appalling when a sales person at this location is so condescending and rude when trying to find a resolution for incorrect lens issue. Literally laughing thru the words “I want to help you the best way possible” atleast 5 times in the one conversation does nothing when they can’t hear what you are saying cause they are laughing too hard. There is absolutely no professionalism found at this shop, don’t look for bifocals here they have no clue what they are doing. Rudeness…10/10.
