“I ordered my eyeglass frame and lenses from this branch about three months ago. The manager told me that my frame has a one-year warranty and that if anything happened to it, I could have it replaced without paying any cost. However, my frame was broken in an accident. When I went there today, the manager told me that this type of damage is not covered under the warranty, even though she had previously said otherwise.”Read moreShow less

“I had such a great experience at Vision Care Center! I arrived almost at closing time because one of my contact lenses had torn, and I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement. The young woman who helped me was incredibly kind and patient, even though it was nearly time for them to close. She quickly helped me fill my prescription and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was impeccable and truly friendly. “Last week I bought 2 pairs of glasses from this store. First of all, I was really impressed with the selection of glasses they had in the store, considering it’s such a small space. But better than that, the attention to detail that they displayed in ordering and sizing the glasses was far beyond anything I experienced at Optics International or Bailey Nelson. Today I picked up the finished eyewear and again, they really took time to make sure everything was working properly and fit well. “I paid about 90.00 for eye test. 62 yrs old and they told me there is no repair for my eyes and wrote me a prescription for eye glasses to purchase there. He said it's old age and nothing I can do. I asked about cataracts and he said i dont have cataracts. I contacted my doctor and she sent me to a place for testing. Turns out I have cataracts in both eyes and I'm scheduled for new eye lenses. “Id give them a 0. So they've done away with most cashiers and replaced with self check out, but instead of having them all open for some reason they never are so instead of technologically able people using 10 machines, you have a bunch of people that couldnt turn a computer on using 12 machines causing bigger wait time. “I did eye exam and ordered glasses from them few years ago. It didn't work for me, couldn't see much through the new glasses. I tried to return it to them, they said I needed to redo the eye exam. I did. They said everything was good and they cannot help me. After a couple more attempt requests to replace the glasses they started to talk really rude to me saying it's my fault I can't wear them. They wasted a lot of my time and the money I paid was over 500. Worst optical right next door to my home. Never use their service. If something goes wrong you may be in real trouble like me. “The people there are very helpful and very nice. They helped me with my glasses and they fixed my glasses no problem. Highly recommend them if you want to get your first ever glasses. Wish I could give them a 10/10.”
